Thanks for the info. The other day I was in a real estate taking an interest in a beach apartment which did not have the Occupancy Certificate and was told it did not matter. The purchase could be anyway done, but I would not have bought a dwelling!.
The guide is excellent for any potential buyer, It helps you not to buy a pup’ and to avoid any disappointment once you have bought.
