XEVI PRAT NAVARRO

I am an architect since 1999 by ETSAB-UPC, and I have graduate degrees in rehabilitation and sustainability in architecture, among others.

I have rehabilitated existing buildings, both interior renovations and facades, roofs, patios and other comunity parts , etc. I have also done new plant projects , especially homes, both single family houses and block townhouses, and some other educational, industrial, office and commercial projects..

I tought Construction in the School of Architecture of the Ramón Llull's University for 14 years. I advise fellow architects in the field of sustainability in architecture, as I did from the College of Architects. I was the Director of Habitat Futura magazine, a specialized publication aimed to the building sector professionals, disseminating good architecture that respects the environment. Now I also advise technicians (architects, surveyors, engineers, etc) and manufacturers of building materials from the Institute of Construction Technology of Catalonia.

JOSEP RAMÓN PRAT NAVARRO

I am surveyor (technical architect) since 1992 by the EATB-UPC.

I have been involved in newly built home projects, both single family houses and block townhouses, and in many office, business, industrial projects and other uses buildings. I have also collaborated on many renovations and renovations of all kinds of buildings.

I'm expert in building systems technology and consultant of materials and facade systems and other interior and exterior finishes, among others.
