BE WELL INFORMED AND PURCHASE IT WITH CONFICENCE… OR NOT

They want to sell you a 2nd hand flat, but you see it smaller than they say, a bit shabby, and a bit too expensive. They say you all the partitions can be demolished without problem, but you want to make sure that the changes you want to do are safe, legal, technically possible, and whether a construction license is needed and how it can cost approximately. You see the building a little bit shabby, and you are afraid of having future unexpected expenses.

WE ARE TECHNICIANS. WE WILL HELP YOU.

We visit the flat together with you , measure the surface, check it and tell you how we see it technically. Everything, the apartment, the whole building, and the changes you imagine. We inform you of what should be updated on the flat (facilities, etc), how much can cost you approximately, and about the necessary legal procedures to bring it up to date (licenses, technical documents, etc). We are also telling you what should be updated on the common parts of the building (facades, patios, roofs, downspouts, etc), and what spending it can mean to each neighbor on the coming years. We do a verbal summary of what we see, and if you want, we can send you a written summary of the most important issues.

You will be able to negotiate the price down with the seller whith all the information we give you., and you can decide whether you buy it (or not) much better informed.
